Terms and Conditions
Payment
In order to better serve our customers, One Shot, Inc. accepts various forms of payment on all items.
- Credit Card - One Shot accepts credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) on all items. However, it should be noted that when purchasing a firearm, a 3% discount is offered for those paying by cash, check, or money order. The prices displayed on our website reflect this discounted price. Those paying for firearms with a credit or debit card can expect to pay the regular price, which is roughly 3% higher than the cash discount price advertised.
- Check/Money Order - One Shot will gladly accept your personal, corporate, or travelers checks, as well as money orders.
- Cash - While not suggested for mail or internet sales, One Shot, Inc. will accept all U.S. currency.

Returns
One Shot, Inc. will accept returns on all items, assuming the following conditions are met:
- Firearms - New firearms are accepted for return, at full purchase value*, as long as they are unfired, in the same condition they were in when they were shipped. This includes the original box, accessories, manual and other assorted papers. Firearms that have been fired, are missing any of the items mentioned above, or are otherwise not in brand new condition may be purchased back by One Shot, Inc, but for an amount less than the original purchase price.
- Non-firearm items - One Shot, Inc. will accept returns at full purchase value*, on all non-firearm items, as long as they are in new condition, with the original packaging, if possible.
*"Full purchase value" applies to repayment in the form of an exchange, or store credit only. Items returned for cash are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This excludes returns on defective merchandise, as long as the item is defective at no fault of the purchaser.

Item Availability
One Shot, Inc. has in its catalog, thousands of individual items. Due to varying issues with distributors and manufacturers, not all of these items may be in stock at one time. We attempt to keep a healthy stock of all of the most popular items in our inventory.
Some items may be out of stock at the time of ordering. If this occurs, you will be notified, and the order will be held until the item(s) are once again in stock.
Credit cards are not charged until the entire order is shipped.

Shipping
All items shipped from One Shot, Inc. are sent via UPS. Assuming all items in are in stock, and payment has been received, orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be shipped same day. All orders placed after this time are not guaranteed for same day shipment, and most often will be shipped next day. Tracking numbers for orders shipped can be supplied upon request.
In the event that an order is placed for an item(s) that is not in stock, the item(s) may be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer (this does not apply for firearms). If this is the case, One Shot, Inc. is not able to provide any tracking numbers or any other shipping information.

Prices
All prices advertised are subject to change without notice.
We do not raise prices just to raise them. Prices are only changed due to increased cost for us.
Due to the large volume of products available through our website, it is near impossible to instantly update prices for all items after changes occur. Prices do not change too often, and we try our best to list the most up to date and accurate prices on all items.
We are not able to honor prices that are incorrect due to typos or misprints.
If you see a price that you believe may be incorrect, please contact us before ordering, so that we may verify the correct price for you.
